Olivia was raised here in Nashville - her favorite place in the world! After graduating from Hume-Fogg Academic Magnet, she went on to attend The University of Alabama; graduating with a BA in Dance with a minor in Nutrition.

Fast forward a few years and a couple moves to Atlanta and New York for work in the theatre industry; and Olivia found herself back in Nashville due to the pandemic in 2020. She sees this “turning upside down” of her life as a gift, because she was reunited with Clay, her college boyfriend. Clay and Olivia had gone separate ways because their careers were taking them to opposite ends of the country, but they both moved home to be with family in 2020, got married in 2022, and haven’t looked back since!

Over the past few years, Olivia has been blessed to work with the wonderful crew over at Tennessee Title Services, where her interest in real estate began to grow. As a real estate agent, she strives to serve her clients well and treat them like family!

In her free time — you might find her at hot yoga, teaching a tap class, or leisurely strolling the aisles of Whole Foods!
